THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 

This cabin is perfectly located within 10 minutes of downtown Gatlinburg and very close to the Art District on Glades where you can watch local craftsmen work on their crafts. It is situated on a private road in a quiet area with amazing mountain views.

Your trip will be full of endless fun with a visit to the best romantic view of the Smoky Mountains at Anakeesta or spice up the evenings with Tennessee Whiskey or Moonshine tastings.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS 

Our dedicated staff is available to assist you throughout your stay from 8 AM to 8 PM. Rest assured, you and your party will have exclusive access to the entire residence during your time here.

ACCESS

Guests will have access to the entire home. This includes the heated indoor pool.

For your convenience and security, entry to this property is facilitated through a Door Code system. Check-in details including property location and access instructions will be sent at 10 AM on your scheduled check in date, and the door code will be delivered both via text, if your phone number is on file, and through the channel messenger at 4 PM. This guarantees a smooth arrival process, ensuring your entry to the property.

TRANSIT

To ensure a smooth arrival, we kindly recommend utilizing the back road to reach the cabin as the forward access road is currently undergoing construction. Please note that the parking spaces available at the cabin are gravel. There is ample room to accommodate two mid-size cars or one large truck/SUV.

Guests have full access to the property, including the outdoor firepit area and the hot tub on the back deck. Enjoy the freedom to come and go as you please without any hassle.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE 

This property is equipped with essential cooking utensils and a convenient coffee maker for your convenience.

Linens/Toiletries/Soaps: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin twice a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

While this cabin is easily accessible and usually doesn’t require 4WD, it’s advisable to have 4WD in case of inclement weather.

Heated Indoor Pool: Our cabin features a private indoor pool that is heated for your enjoyment. The pool’s temperature is carefully maintained between 82 and 84 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring a comfortable swimming experience throughout your stay.

Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin twice a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time.

Quiet Hours: We kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and neighbors. This home is equipped with a noise detector that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, and temperature) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.

No Smoking Indoors: We have a strict no-smoking policy indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas away from windows and doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and avoid littering the property.

Pet Policy: Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet, as all of our properties are dog friendly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. We do have a few requests, to ensure our properties remain pet friendly. Please do not allow any pets in the pool or pool area, on furniture, or on bedding. They will need to be crated if left alone at the cabin. Also, please make sure any pet waste is picked up, placed in a bag, and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. We look forward to hosting you!

Power Outages: Please be aware that power outages can occur in the Smoky Mountains due to various factors, including severe weather conditions, high winds, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted power supply at our properties, occasional outages may happen, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations. Power is typically restored by the electric company within a few hours.

Additional Guest Violation: As per regulations set by the County Fire Marshall, we adhere strictly to the maximum occupancy limit set for our property.

Unauthorized Pet Infraction: Transparency is a cornerstone of our business. We also believe in providing fair compensation to our dedicated cleaning team. Any guest found to have brought in pets without prior authorization will face a minimum fine of $200 per pet.

– Check out before 10 AM.

– Please leave the bedsheets on the floor by the bed and remember to grab all your belongings.

– If the fold-out sofa was used please be sure to take off the sheets and fold the sofa back correctly in its original position.

– Please take the trash out to the bear-proof bins outside. If you have any extra trash, kindly place it inside the cabin near the front door, and our cleaning team will remove it after your checkout.
