 Please note that this property has 4 bedrooms, furnished with 2 King-size beds, a Queen-size bed, 1 double bed, 1 twin bunk, and 1 sofa bed in a common space, so it can sleep up to 10 guests. VRBO is known to have issues from time to time with listing inaccuracies.

This property is FULLY LOADED. It comes equipped with a hot tub, arcade games, a movie theater, a pool table, and much more!

This is an entire private home to your group. You will be nestled up high in the mountains outside Pigeon Forge, TN and wake up every day to amazing views of the entire mountain range. The Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Game Room, and one of the Bedrooms are all on the main floor. Downstairs, you will find the Movie Theater and two more Bedrooms. Upstairs, you will find the massive master bedroom with an indoor jacuzzi. On the back deck, you will find rocking chairs on every floor with the Hot-Tub over looking the Mountain Range on the main floor.

During the day, you will be able to travel within 10-15 minutes to the Great Smoky National Park, Dollywood, Anakeesta, Pigeon Forge Ferris Wheel, and all the amazing attractions in Pigeon Forge like Mini Golf, Go-karts, Indoor Ski diving, and much more.

During the night, you will be able to travel to Gatlinburg and enjoy many attractions like Anakeesta, Gatlinburg Ski Bridge, Ober Gatlinburg, and Smoky Mountain Moonshine.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

The property is located in the Summit View gated community near Pigeon Forge, TN. It is know for its great views. We would recommend having 4×4 vehicles as the grade is quite steep. You will be ~10 mins from Gatlinburg and ~5 mins from Pigeon Forge.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS 

We have a full-time staff that is available between 8 AM and 8 PM. You and your party will have this entire residence to your own.

ACCESS

For your convenience and security, entry to this property is facilitated through a Door Code system. Check-in details including property location and access instructions will be sent at 10 AM on your scheduled check in date, and the door code will be delivered both via text, if your phone number is on file, and through the channel messenger at 4 PM. This guarantees a smooth arrival process, ensuring your entry to the property.

TRANSIT

There is parking for two vehicles in front of the cabin. Please be careful since the access road is quite steep.

There are two steps to get from the street to the porch of the cabin. Once inside the cabin has steps to the upstairs area and steps downstairs. It also has a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

This property is equipped with essential cooking utensils and a convenient coffee maker for your convenience.

Linens/Toiletries/Soaps: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay

INCLEMENT WEATHER

While this cabin is easily accessible and usually doesn’t require 4WD, it’s advisable to have 4WD in case of inclement weather.

Quiet Hours: We kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and neighbors. This home is equipped with a noise detector that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, and temperature) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.

No Smoking Indoors: We have a strict no-smoking policy indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas away from windows and doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and avoid littering the property.

Pet Policy: Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet, as all of our properties are dog friendly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. We do have a few requests, to ensure our properties remain pet friendly. Please do not allow any pets on furniture, or on bedding. They will need to be crated if left alone at the cabin. Also, please make sure any pet waste is picked up, placed in a bag, and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. We look forward to hosting you!

Power Outages: Please be aware that power outages can occur in the Smoky Mountains due to various factors, including severe weather conditions, high winds, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to maintain an uninterrupted power supply at our properties, occasional outages may happen, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations. Power is typically restored by the electric company within a few hours.

Additional Guest Violation: As per regulations set by the County Fire Marshall, we adhere strictly to the maximum occupancy limit set for our property.

Unauthorized Pet Infraction: Transparency is a cornerstone of our business. We also believe in providing fair compensation to our dedicated cleaning team. Any guest found to have brought in pets without prior authorization will face a minimum fine of $200 per pet.

– Check out before 10 AM.

– Please leave the bedsheets on the floor by the bed and remember to grab all your belongings.

– If the fold-out sofa was used please be sure to take off the sheets and fold the sofa back correctly in its original position.

– Please take the trash out to the bear-proof bins outside. If you have any extra trash, kindly place it inside the cabin near the front door, and our cleaning team will remove it after your checkout.
