We booked this as a last minute get away for us and the kids before school started back for them. We absolutely loved this cabin. Everything listed was how it is in the pictures. Communication with the host was very easy and they were so nice! We will definitely book again! Thanks for having us!

Just a terrific place to stay, with lots of fun things to do and play. Especially enjoyed the indoor pool. Owner was very accessible, although we really didn’t have a need to reach out.

Wonderful property! Very clean. Less than 3 miles to Gatlinburg and convenient to Pigeon Forge. Roads could be a little tricky in bad weather. Very responsive property managers. Kept us very informed and super easy to deal with. My boys loved the game room, theatre room, etc! Highly recommend!

Great stay at a great house - the house has everything you would want - particularly great for kids. We tried to get the kids to go out one day and they said "Why would we ever leave this place?". Owners were very thoughtful in what they provided. We will stay again at this house in the future.

Excellent. Just as described.

The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our rainy week. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, game room and movie room. The host was easy to communicate to when we had very minor issues and was solved very quickly. The views from the multiple decks were great. We enjoyed the fire pit when we could. The house was very clean and it was awesome they allowed dogs. Don’t let the twice weekly pool cleaning and once weekly hot tub cleaning deter you- we really didn’t want people coming in and interrupting our stay- but they were very fast and efficient. We were not bothered by it at all.

We had an amazing stay! Being able to bring our dog was a huge plus for us and he felt right at home.
The house was in a great location with great views, close by attractions and downtown. Nothing better than all bedrooms w/private full baths, large eat-in kitchen with large island and table for all guests. The game room made for fun nights in...the house was a vacation in itself with theater, indoor pool & hot tub as well.
The three levels of decking made for great views of sunrise, sunset and a relaxing morning cup of coffee/tea as well as a night time beverage.
The Host was a great communicator before, during & after and was very much appreciated. We hope to go back really soon!

This cabin is exactly as described. It was large and perfect for our group of 11. There is enough space for everyone to spread out. All of the amenities were wonderful, there was something to do for everyone. The host was very easy to communicate with. The view is fantastic. We would like to stay again. 10/10.

The cabin was perfect for us. Great location and awesome amenities. Having my kids and grandkids all together and be able to enjoy the pool or games or just relax was important. Having a kitchen with everything we needed to cook was important as well so we didn’t have to eat out as much. The hosts were great and so responsive to all my questions. Would definitely plan to rent this cabin again in the future.

Easy check-in and the property is Super Nice and Spacious with Awesome Amenities and Very Close to the Gatlinburg strip! Beautiful and Cozy!

This home is immaculate. Very large, beautiful, and spacious! The view from the top deck is amazing! Being in the mountains the roads are always my least favorite, this cabin has little distance on a steep/windy road. Beds were comfy and it was in a great location! Look forward to staying again in the future!

It's a large house designed for families, with a good amount of common space. We were there with 2 kids, 2 grandparents, my sister and I with our spouses. Plus dogs! We enjoyed the movie room a lot.

The hosts were very attentive and wanted to ensure we had a good stay. They dropped off a big foil roasting pan in case we wanted to cook a Thanksgiving turkey. My mother mentioned there were no serving bowls and the next day they delivered a full set (with lids, which was extra handy at Thanksgiving!) We brought a few speciality kitchen items from home and were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner, but for ordinary meals the kitchen is adequately equipped.

My only "ding" is that there are multiple houses under construction on this street, so when we had a storm we were dealing with a lot of mud - so much mud - and construction debris. Eventually the work will be done and this won't be an issue, but boy howdy it was a mess. Not much they could do, but they brought us another rug for the entryway and offered to send in housekeeping.

Overall a very pleasant stay and very nice accommodating hosts.

Planned this vacation for our adult kids and grandchild for pre-Christmas. Location was close to Gatlinburg, all the amenities for entertaining. Pool and hot tub were clean and very nice. The kids played non stop pool the entire time. Very good host responsiveness when needed.
I gave a 3 on cleanliness only mainly because the rugs were full of dog hair. I know it’s pet friendly but you couldn’t wear socks without them being chalked full of hair. Also, the bottom stove drawer has left over bacon in it.
Recommendations: replace the larger cooking utensils with better quality, it was difficult to scoop macaroni as they would bend. Some of the doors wouldn’t lock, upstairs to balcony patio door and downstairs bathroom in the bedroom. I prefer the rules and checkout instructions in a book on-site. To checkout we had to wait for it to come VRBO message at a specific time, the day before checking out.
For future guests: I’m assuming this was a newer house because there was absolutely no seasonings other than salt and pepper, so make sure you back everything. If sleeping in the pull out couches, don’t go to bed before midnight, the outdoor lights are on and shine right in, there’s no easy switch for off. Also make sure to pack laundry detergent, no samples for 1 wash.

We traveled with children and friends and had a great time! I loved how all the rooms had king beds with attached bathrooms - that was so convenient! Plenty of living/lounging areas, downstairs play room and movie theatre was great. Very convenient to dollywood, and downtown gatlinburg.

Great location to Gatlinburg. The cabin was clean and very nice. The grandkids loved the pool and the game room. We loved the popcorn maker. We made popcorn everyday. Communication with the rental company was outstanding. Always had a quick response. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was new and as advertised. The cabin was very well built and decorated nicely. Enjoyed it and will definitely will be returning.

Property was located with quick access to surrounding areas. Home was warm and inviting with plenty of amenities in house. Very large spacious rooms and plenty of room for entertainment. Excellent stay in the Gatlinburg area!

Absolutely can't say enough about the Ghosal team and our stay! They went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of and made sure we had everything we needed; they even brought extra supplies when the power went out in the neighborhood. The game room was just the best, definitely the highlight of the cabin for our teenagers, which gave some separation for them and us adults that wanted a little more peace & quiet upstairs and out on the porch :-) The cabin is a quick 5min drive to the grocery store and about 10min to downtown Gatlinburg, depending on traffic. We loved the location and amenities and already looking at dates when we can return!

Cabin was spacious and we loved the 4 king beds and game room in the basement. The only negative would be the driveway and the lights of outside but besides that everything was perfect thank you.

Super fun place! We saw a black bear which we were not expecting. Hosts were very polite and responsive.

Everything about this place was great. The family had an amazing time. I would definitely book the house again.

The house is exactly how it looks in the photos online. Very clean and well appointed. The lower level game room, theater room and pool were a big hit with the 10 and 17 year old. They didn’t want to leave the house! We really liked that the bedrooms were all separate from each other and everyone had their own bathroom. Nice big kitchen island and dining table. Enough room for everyone to sit and have a meal together. The house is just a few minutes away from all the attractions in Gatlinburg but tucked away in the woods so you can relax and unwind at the end of the day. The hot tub was great for tired legs and feet from all the walking. We had ages from 10 to 90 years and everyone enjoyed staying at this property. We will definitely rebook this property.

We had a great stay! Property is as described - clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hosts are extremely responsive to questions and reached out several times to make sure we had everything that we needed. We happened to arrive a little bit early and had a chance to meet the cleaning crew. They were very friendly and did a great job! We loved that there were ceiling fans and TVs in all the bedrooms. The game room, theater, hot tub, and pool did not disappoint! We had guests ages 10 to 73 with us and all felt comfortable and entertained. Thank you!

Beautiful house! Our family felt comfortable and still had privacy. There was so many things to do in the house, there was never a dull moment. Close to everything we wanted to do! Hosts were super helpful and very responsive. Definitely would book again.

The house was great. It had everything we needed. I loved having the 4 bedrooms with their own full bathrooms. Plus two half bathrooms. The house had plenty to do. Lois was very helpful. My only 2 complaints were that the driveway to the house was hard to get up, and there was no mountain view.

We had a wonderful four days with our three adult daughters, 2 son in laws and a handful of grandchildren! We had plenty of room for our whole crew. Each family got a bedroom and bathroom which was so nice. The basement was the kid zone and had everything they could need. The pool was perfect depth for the grandkids about 3-4 ft (door code and alarm was a peace of mind ). We fit three cars comfortably in drive. The road up was easy and short. The distance from town was perfect to. Close but yet the feeling of being secluded. Even with the other cabins around you did not notice them. The kitchen was big enough for us all to eat with extra chairs and bar stools. The private doors to the balconies was nice having as well. They were great on replying to my nonstop questions! We brought pans which saved us for cooking for so many! Over all we made priceless memories and will be returning again.

My family and I stayed for a weekend. It was hands down the nicest cabin we have ever stayed in. Between the location, and all of the amenities, there was never a boring moment! It was also super clean and modern. Will definitely be staying again!

If you’re questioning this rental then just book it. The home is beautiful and the fact that they made sure to have kids plates, cups and silverware made it that much better. Just make sure to take the correct road. You don’t need a 4x4 but if you take the wrong road you do. We had a few minor issues and the response from the rental team was phenomenal. We will definitely book with them again.

Great place for a family or friends gathering. area is under construction but was not noisy; Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are close. You need 4wd or AWD to get here, several cars got stuck trying to get up and had to back all the way down.

We had a great time this week at this new house! The kids loved the pool and game room, the rest of us enjoyed our nights at the fire pit and in the hot tub. Our host was very responsive and made check in/check out very easy. We will definitely be going back for another fun week in Gatlinburg and staying at this beautiful location!!
